Ordering

Our online shop will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year unless specified on our website. The easiest way to place an order is to use the electronic shopping cart in our online shop or message us on Facebook for more information.

As a benefit to our customers, multiple orders placed within 24 hours (working days) are shipped together. We provide this service to our customers to reduce transport and handling charges.

If the delivery is delayed or the product cannot be delivered in the normal delivery time, we will inform you by e-mail about a new delivery date. Otherwise you will receive delivery information by e-mail.

 

Delivery 

Standard delivery is usually within 7 working days (Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm excluding Singapore national holidays). You may email us at info@thecurator.com.sg if you would like to be contacted on the morning the items will be dispatched.

Delivery charges will vary between S$8 to a maximum of S$11 depending on the weight of the product. We try to get the lowest transport costs possible and still ensure the quality of delivery.

You will see a delivery quote for your preferred products in your electronic shopping cart.

Cash on delivery is not possible with our online shop. We will try to give you the most accurate transport quote possible. If the actual costs are too much of a difference we will inform you about that.

Those items for shipment to countries outside of Singapore may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

 

Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from THE CURATOR, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

 

Damage in Delivery 

If you have used our online shop, or are unable to take the item with you we offer competitive rates to deliver your purchased item to your home or office. Generally deliveries are made island-wide between Mondays and Saturdays. Please note that all care is taken in delivery of items however occasionally losses or damages may happen. Our Service charges do not include compensation for these situations and in fact all domestic moving companies in Singapore do not guarantee or provide insurance coverage.
THE CURATOR advises our clients that if they wish to have third party cover then they would need to arrange this externally.
